Eureka!

Up until tonight, I can honestly say I don't know how to answer or solve a legal problem. Frankly, for the past semester, I've been going through the motions of answering legal problems by giving what I thought were sensible answers. If I did get the answer correctly, it was probably because I had a good memory and remembered what I read or what the professor said.

Now, I found out that I have to present legal arguments to solve legal problems. Well, it's about time somebody said something about the proper way of answering legal problems. I'm not a lawyer so I wouldn't know. Anyway, "Bygones," as Richard Fish in Ally McBeal would say.

The important thing is that I am now aware of this information. It's the missing piece of the puzzle that I've been trying to solve. And it will be essential in my attempt to improve my test scores dramatically during the midterms. At last, I don't need to rely anymore on being lucky during the exams.
